Do you work with clients outside Singapore? ＋

Yes. While Kaynett is Singapore-registered and Singapore-based, we work with clients across Southeast Asia and internationally. All project management can be handled remotely.

What is the minimum project budget? ＋

There is no fixed minimum. We assess every project on its scope and complexity. For very small requirements, we will advise honestly if there is a more cost-effective path, including DIY options.

Do you provide ongoing maintenance after a project? ＋

Yes. Retainer-based maintenance packages are available for WordPress sites. We also provide one-off support as needed. Every handover includes documentation so you can handle routine updates yourself.

How long does a typical project take? ＋

A standard website project runs 4–8 weeks depending on scope and client feedback cycles. Complex builds, e-commerce or AI integration projects, may run longer. Timeline is agreed upfront in the proposal.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or disability organisations? ＋

We apply a sector discount for registered non-profits, charities, and disability sport organisations. This is assessed during the proposal stage. Bring it up on the call.
