Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of digital services by Kaynett Kinetics Pte. Ltd. ("Kaynett") to its clients. By engaging Kaynett's services, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
Service Engagement
All engagements are initiated by a written proposal or Service Agreement issued by Kaynett. Work commences upon receipt of written acceptance of the proposal and the agreed deposit payment. No work will begin prior to receipt of deposit unless expressly agreed in writing.
Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and access required for project delivery
- Respond to review requests and approval milestones within agreed timeframes
- Ensure they have rights to all content, images, and materials provided to Kaynett
- Designate a primary contact person with authority to provide approvals
Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these obligations may result in project timeline adjustments and/or additional charges at Kaynett's discretion.
Payment Terms
Projects are invoiced in accordance with the agreed payment schedule in the Service Agreement. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit on commencement and 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Kaynett assigns to the client ownership of the final deliverables (website files, design assets, written content) created specifically for the client. Kaynett retains ownership of all pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and code templates used in delivery. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licences, which Kaynett will disclose during the project.
Kaynett reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Warranties & Limitations
Kaynett warrants that services will be delivered with reasonable skill and care. Kaynett does not warrant that websites will achieve specific business outcomes, rankings, or performance metrics. Kaynett's total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that project. Kaynett is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice. On termination, the client is liable for payment for all work completed to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable upon termination by the client after work has commenced. See Refund Policy for full details.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, or resolved through mediation via the Singapore Mediation Centre where agreed by both parties.

Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all digital services provided by Kaynett Kinetics Pte. Ltd. ("Kaynett"). We are committed to delivering quality work and handling disputes fairly.
Deposit Payments
All project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. The deposit covers the initial discovery, scoping, design, and planning work, which represents real time and resource allocation that cannot be recovered.
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced (i.e., before the first project call or file delivery), a full refund of the deposit may be considered at Kaynett's discretion.
Milestone Payments
Payments made at project milestones (e.g., design approval, development handover) are non-refundable once the corresponding milestone deliverable has been approved by the client, whether explicitly or implicitly through inaction beyond the agreed review period.
Final Payments
Final payments are due upon delivery of the completed project. Once the final deliverable has been handed over and accepted, no refund is available.
Disputed Work
If the client believes that delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed scope, a dispute must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery. Kaynett will assess the dispute and, where valid, undertake remediation at no additional cost. Disputes must reference the original agreed scope — requests for changes beyond the agreed scope do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Hosting & Domain Services
Hosting fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. Domain registrations are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances where Kaynett is unable to deliver due to Kaynett's own failure (not client-caused delays), a proportional refund of fees paid for undelivered work will be issued. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your request in writing to info@kaynett.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Project Name]". Include your invoice reference, the basis of your request, and any supporting documentation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes not resolved by mutual agreement may be referred to the Singapore Small Claims Tribunal (for claims up to S$20,000) or through mediation via the Singapore Mediation Centre.
